- Provided Lvl. 2 and Lvl. 3 support for 24,000 iOS and 3,000 macOS devices in 85 schools across six states, serving around 80,000 students and 5,000 staff members, with a focus on automation and empowering local IT resources via incoming calls and service tickets.
- Apple team lead and SME for all Charter Schools USA campuses. Created SOPs for Apple-related local support and ensured proper implementation across all locations.
- Performed macOS and iOS systems administration and oversight for all sites via a combination of a cloud-based MDM solution (Mosyle Manager) and Apple Remote Desktop, including implementation of delegated access to user and device management functions to local IT resources for day-to-day management and troubleshooting.
- Managed all Apple services such as VPP, DEP, Apple School/Business Manager, APNS, etc., and integration of these services with other solutions (Active Directory, MDM, SIS). Additionally, managed support and repair contracts such as Apple Enterprise support, LTSAs, GSX, etc.
- Planned and configured secure testing environments on both macOS and iOS utilizing major testing providers: Florida Standards Assessments, NWEA MAP Growth, Pearson TestNav, etc.
- Implemented 1:1 iPad pilot programs at five campuses, with students using Managed Apple IDs created by integrating an SIS (PowerSchool) with Apple School Manager.
